Pearl's contented. 'Cause she was able to stay at home the whole day yesterday and was a sleeping dragon. =) Pearl loves the stoning moment and OC-ing at home. Two more episodes to go ('cause I haven't finish downloading larr), then I'll finish all the seasons of The OC. :D And then back to One Tree Hill season 4. ;)

So, when we were there, there are three yong tau fu restaurant next to each other.. The so-called nicest one didn't open. So, we went to the not so famous place for yong tau fu..
According to them, the food is.. okay larr.. But then again, it's the company.. =)
Later on, we all decided to hit Midvalley to have ICE-CREAM (yum yum) and also to meet up with my dear friend, which is also a good friend of Ruth- Stacie!! This woman right, sigh.. I didn't even know she came back from Tawau 2 weeks back.. And has enrolled in IMU now.. Sigh.. Never keep me updated. Sheesh...... But.. It was a good time.. We were all cam-whoring in McD! LOL!! What to do, our dear leng chai (I mean Ruth, by the way. She cut her hair. Before that, she looked like leng lui ang mo; now look like one leng chai ang mo. LOL!!) is leaving for Aussie, so must have some pictures to let her remember us. LOL!!
We left Midvalley and sent Stace back to Bukit Jalil, we met up with Ruth's cousin in IMU too. When we want to go back, WE GOT LOST!! Yup!! We got lost in Bukit Jalil!! Well, can't blame us much. You see, Pearl's a pathetic dummy about directions. And my dear leng chai Ruth also don't know the way. We almost wanted to park at the Star LRT station and take the train back. LOL!!
But...... We're now back home in ONE piece.

So, here it is, we are throwing a surprise farewell party for Yvelyn today, 'cause this known-her-for-ten-years che is leaving for Canada on mid August. All the hard work from everyone in the youth group and with our dear Pastor Stephen and Auntie Lorna helping us to cover everything just went *poof!* at this last minute... Gah!!! So, here goes our SURPRISED farewell party.. Probably I should use the driller and DRILL that STUPID fella...
Oh my gosh.. The banner's driving me crazy.. As in, really crazy..
As promised, Ally and I went to Midvalley to get some stuff for the banner. (Well, the banner is for a farewell party). We shopped everything and did everything and went home.
At first, I thought I was alright with the not-so-perfect straight lines. 'cause I don't really bother about it before. Sides, nothing is perfect.
So, when I decided to do some touch up 2 hours ago, I opened up the banner, everything just seems wrong. WRONG!! Salah!! Tak betul. Especially that alphabet "W", it just looks wrong from upside down, left and right.. WRONG!! (Ally, it's NOT your fault at all. It was me. Of all a sudden I want things to be perfect. DON'T put the blame to yourself alright.. Whisper: I think I'm having OCD too..)
So, I just tear out the "W" and redo it. Or not it'll just look wrong. And it bugs me...
And after redoing the alphabet "W", I started putting PVA glue on top of the alphabets and sprinkled some glitters on it.
Okay, this is the most scary part. Last time (note: last time), when I trace anything with straight line, I CAN do it without a ruler. So, of course I was tracing my first alphabet without ruler. It turns out okay.
When I started doing the second alphabet, it went terribly WRONG. Seriously WRONG. The line just went all over the place. IT'S NOT STRAIGHT AT ALL!! From a thin line became a thick line. A supposed-to-be-a-straight-line became NOT straight.. It seems wrong. So wrong. (And that took me about half an hour to move on the third alphabet.)
So fine, maybe it was the alphabet, and I moved on the third one. It was wrong too!!! WAY WRONG!!! It's not straight!!! *pulling off my hair*
WHY?! WHY?!!!!
I did the three alphabets in ONE hour!! It's ONE FRIGGIN' HOUR kay.. Gggrrrrrr.......... And it's not finish yet!!!

I watched Harry Potter yesterday. Yup, it was yesterday. Fast leh.. 'cause dear BAK is always efficient when it comes to her favourite movie. ;)
And just to let you people know, i'm not a big fan of Harry Potter. In fact, I never watch Harry Potter in my life. Don't ask me why, I'm just not interested with it. (And I even spelled 'Potter' as 'Porter'. If I'm a fan of Harry Potter, I'll be an insult to them larr.. :P) So yea, this was my first time watching it. I went there, neither expecting nor preparing anything for it. Apparently, it is quite interesting. And the little Harry Potter who i used to see him in the advertisements, posters, books and magazines few years back has now turned into a HOT Harry Potter! *sizzles* LOL! Yea, i watched this movie is because of the hotness that i can drool over too. :D
So, before Harry Potter, Jillian n me drove to The Curve, met up with Bak (finally! After for so long) and Ally and Bak's friend, Sam (who also knows who Tubby and Sash are. So scarry right.. Such friggin' small world..). And headed to Cineleisure to get the tix and met up with Jing, and we headed to Italianese! Yes, Sam did a very good job of deciding where to eat FAST after knowing that the Pearl gets really cranky, grumpy and dangerous when she's hungry. And there, i met up more of Bak's friend, Steph and Josh and later on, Bryan, WENG, Ian and one more person showed up. So, basically, i'm out with Bak and gang yesterday. Talked n laughed from anything to everything.

And of course, after MAKAN time, went to the theatre and get ourselves seated down as the movie started. The story.. I've mentioned it earlier.. It's really interesting. And I got lost.. Like really, really LOOSTTTTT.... I think Ally got a lil' irritated 'cause I was asking her questions and went "HUH?!" for a lot of times. And she starts to ignore me.. sniffs..

So, if you're not a Harry Potter fan, I would like to assure you that it's really interesting. The story lines are really really fascinating. And I would also like to advice you that, if you know nothing at all (like 0%) about Harry Potter, go watched from the start. I don't think you'll make it in time for reading. So, just go watch the movie and have a rough idea of what Harry Potter is about, or not, you'll be like me, HUH??!!!!! And start irritating people around you.

Thursday night - Practice for Sunday's worship session and two performance for Friday night. (it was an accomplishment kay. We practiced 6 songs and came up wit TWO performances. TWO!! In a night!! :P *bragging* la di dumsss~~~~)
Friday night - FIDO(a Christian band from Australia)'s performance and ours. And had a short sermon with Pastor Larry. The host gotta do what the host gotta do! So, I didn't managed to have fellowship with the band after the service.
Saturday (07/07/07) - A super long day for me! And yet another fruitful and wonderful day..
Woke up at 7am just because I gotta go to my brother's school to take his darn report card. Sheesh.. Whoever came up with this system? So damn LAME!!!
And after that, headed STRAIGHT to church for music workshop which was conducted by FIDO!! (They're so damn friggin' FRIENDLY and NICE..)
Everything ended at almost 1pm. Went back home and headed back to church again for Children's Ministry.
And everything ended at about 6.30pm . Headed straight to meet up my friend-Dee Dee who was back from Aussie!! :D

well, most of you don't know her. she's quite new to my church, and has been here for less than a year. which i'm very much glad that she's actually quite open.
it's actually a regret that i did not able to know her more and to know her well. i felt so bad about it. i know that she'll be leaving but i didn't know that she'll be leaving tomorrow. it's tomorrow kay! it's like, so fast! i thought of throwing a party for her after my langkawi trip before she leaves! well, guess it's a little too late. and i've learn my lesson and learned it well. i'm so not gonna have this happen again. omg! the feelings of regrets. i don't know whether i'll be seeing her again. sigh, the feeling is killing me now.
but! thank God! there's something called technology. something called messenger, emails and text messages or maybe snail mail. so, guess it's not that bad after all. ;)

Hey! Today is July 1st!!! Carmen Lum (known her since primary 1, and left since secondary 2 or maybe 3, and haven't been speaking to her for quite some time. Now, I seriously wonder if she still remembers me or not.. Hhmmm...) is coming back from UK today! Okay, how cool is that!
So, there'll be a lot of ber-bonding to do!! (Guess I'll just crash the party..)
I'm so glad that I'm having a holiday now.
And now, let us all welcome the second half of the year!! =)
